Atlanta GA. JUNE 11 2008
Immediate Release

The National Association of Private Officers and PrivateOfficer.com announced today that starting
September 1 2008 the association has expanded into Canada and N.A.P.O. will be offering training and
membership to the association to all Canadian security officers.

In addition, privateofficer.com will carry daily news about the security officers in Canada and open a
network of communication and information between Canadian and American private security officers.

Mike Matthews, Senior Vice President of Operations said that his office is currently working to bring
certified Canadian security training instructors on board and that this will open a whole new world of
services, training, information and overall beneficial working relationships between the two countries.

Rick McCann, Executive Director of The National Association of Private Officers said that he is very excited
about all of the possibilities that the joint relationship is going to open up.
McCann also said that this will help in the unified training efforts between security organizations and
companies in both the U.S. and Canada and help to uniformly train officers.

Brandon McCory, a security officer in Toronto who has been an honorary member of N.A.P.O. since 2006
said that he is excited and is already spreading the news among his co-workers.
We will be scheduling regional seminars and have already begun work on several training manuals and
books for the Canadian security market Matthews said.
