| CERTIFIED ASSET PROTECTION PROFESSIONAL l ( CAPP l ) is a professional designation that is easily obtainable by Private Security Officers, Loss Prevention Agents, Church Security Team Members, Campus Security Officers, Special or Private Police Officers, Security Supervisors and Managers and others in the private security industry. CERTIFIED ASSET PROTECTION PROFESSIONAL II (CAPPll ) is inclusive of all of the above materials plus an additional 11 modules covering crime scene management, domestic and workplace violence, advanced interrogation and interviews, retail loss prevention, undercover techniques and five other modules. These combined certifications will place any security professional in a position of superior industry knowledge and assist them with career advancement while at the same time providing life saving techniques and skills for every day use in the security field. CERTIFIED SCHOOL SECURITY AGENT is a professional certification for those who work as contract or proprietary school security officers assigned to elementary or high schools as well as college or university campuses. This course is designed to cover both the sensitive areas of such an assignment as well as laws of arrest, search and seizure, use of force and interrogations, crime scene management and bomb threats. CERTIFIED PARKING-TRAFFIC ENFORCEMENT AGENT is an in depth look at the area of parking control management for private property. This multi -module course is geared toward both the private contract parking enforcement professional as well as parking management companies who provide parking by the hour, day, week or month. This course looks at legal standings, law verbiage and legal notice, private property laws, enforcement techniques including ticketing, impound devices including auto boots, towing and use of private collection agencies. Additional training is given in trespass laws and the use of trespass warnings, use of force, laws of arrest and other modules dealing with private property traffic enforcement and collection of fines. These designations are awarded by the PUBLIC SAFETY TRAINING INSTITUTE and PRIVATE OFFICER INTERNATIONAL to any person who complies with all requirements of the certification process including the successful completion of a Practical and Written Test which includes all aspects of physical, electronic and data security procedures, techniques and protocols. Additional test sections includes situational response, supervisory and management modules, compliance and human resource issues and other areas of management responsibility. All study material is provided as part of the certification process and is all inclusive with the issuing and testing fee. These esteemed and professional designations will enhance the private officer's knowledge, credibility, and over-all security career including advancement, promotions and financial stability within the security industry. Certification Requirements 1. Submit Application or Resume with Certificates, Degrees or Other Pertinent Documents That Pertain To Your Security or Law Enforcement Experience. Submit Application Fee. 2. Upon Review and Acceptance of Application, Study Materials Will Be Sent To You Via Email. 3. Within 180 Days of Application, Student Must Complete Written Test and Submit To Our Office. 4. Upon Successful Completion of The Application and Testing Process, a Certificate and Wallet ID Will be Issued. Should A Second Test Be Necessary, It Must Be Taken within 1 Year of Application. No Additional Charges Will Apply. |
