Our ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, and a drive to succeed at owning and operating your very own private security Franchise. We are truly seeking franchise owners who have a passion for a more professional security industry! 2. How long does it take to get my franchise started? Our team understands the excitement of new busbies ownership but we also recognize that no two franchisees are perfectly alike, and therefore we tailor each franchise launch, to accommodate your pace. Through this process we insure a smooth process as we focus on developing the core of your business in operations, sales & marketing, as well as administration. This process allows each new owner the best opportunity to succeed. Once the initial phase is complete, and the franchise is operational, our staff performs regular site visits, conference calls and communications to provide on- going support, while the Public Safety Training Institute and Armour University promotes self-education through web-based training as well as continual core support to each owner. 3. What is the initial franchise fee? Private Officer Security’s franchise fee starts at $18,000. This price includes one base territory with a population of 50,000 people. Ultimately, the total fee is formulated by the size of the population you wish to secure. 4. What is a typical territory size? A population base of 50,000 is included in the base franchise. A typical Private Officer Security Franchise will target populations between 50-100,000. Any franchisees may purchase larger territories adjacent to their initial location as operations and sales revenue grow. 5. Is there a royalty fee? Yes. The royalty structure is well below franchise industry averages at just 4% of gross sales. These lower operating costs translate into greater profits by reducing the financial burden on our franchises, as ultimately we are motivated by our franchisees success. 6. Are there any other monthly fees? Yes. Private Officer performs 100% of the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll functions for our franchisees. Likewise, technology development and deployment is provided by Private Officer as well as sales and marketing support. The cost to cover all of these expenses associated with starting and operating a new business would be prohibitive to business owners starting on their own, however we provide these for a fee of only 3% of gross sales. 7. What training do you provide? Private Officer Security provides training in several phases to ensure you are prepared to open and operate your franchise. The initial phases include web-based and classroom style training on our software tools as well as conference and video call training. The next phase includes in market training focusing on the core development of your franchise in operations, sales & marketing, and administration, human resources and legal liability training. 8. Is there any additional sales or marketing training offered or required? Our office will provide continual sales and marketing support via webinars as well as unlimited access to support staff located at our corporate offices and on-site assistance when necessary. Area Representatives will also provide continuous support including additional site visits, webinars, and other forms of training, to round out our sales training program. 9.
